Our Approach

Our Approach

The IV Medical Center is designed to evaluate and provide Intravenous (IV) sources of vitamins and nutrition to patients who suffer from conditions that require intensive therapy to treat. In spite of the abundance of food, most people are deficient in important vitamins and minerals, such as Vitamin D, magnesium, B5, B6, zinc, and many others. These nutrients play an important role in our energy metabolism, fat metabolism, and mood. Low energy, low mood, addiction, depression, fibromyalgia, autoimmune disease, and general sports performance require specific vitamins and minerals to achieve the optimal results. For example, many patients with depression suffer from zinc deficiency. Many overweight people have low levels of Vitamin D, certain B vitamins, and Magnesium. Others suffer from genetic changes (SNPs) such as MTHFR that can result in health related problems such as depression, anxiety, fibromyalgia, and other disorders. Each person's care can be personalized, some through specific blood testing and symptoms. This allows us to maximize each person's recovery or goals for wellness.

Wellness is the bottom line result that everyone is searching for. Through an individualized treatment plan based on your evaluation, we can design a vitamin therapy, both IV and oral, that can optimize your performance and health. Whether you are a weekend warrior looking for an edge on the competition or concerned about promoting your health, the IV Medical Center can help you move closer to your goals.

Our care includes specific IV Vitamin protocols for Weight loss, anti-aging, fibromyalgia, mood and depression disorders, hair loss, pre- and post operative healing, dehydration, recovery from exercise, athletic event optimization, low energy, autoimmunity, hangovers, headaches, and several other issues.

Our Story

The Story

I have been in the medical field for over 22 years. I am Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Addiction Medicine, and Obesity Medicine with special interests in nutrigenomics, pharmacogenomics, and lipidology. In a age of plenty, many people are getting the short end of the stick in terms of health maintenance. Prevention is certainly important and being proactive in your care is the key to having healthspan, that is, a long life in good health. Key vitamins and minerals play an essential role in numerous components of our metabolism, from energy to fat metabolism, as well as the neurotransmitters that make us feel happy or sad. Oral therapy doesn't always give us what we need, and in spite of many vitamin stores around us, the optimal levels aren't easily achieved without the 100% bioavailability that IV Vitamins and minerals allow us to obtain. As an example, antioxidants such as Glutathione can't be administered except through an IV route, and this is one of the key players of health maintenance in our body.

In my experience, many people have the a-ha moment to seek health after they are diagnosed with something bad. Even so, IV repletion of vitamins and minerals with antioxidants can provide the framework for health promotion and healing that the body needs. These factors are frequently overlooked in traditional approaches, which is why many patients don't get the ideal expected results.

With this in mind, the IV Medical Center was created to evaluate and treat patients based on an individual care plan. Again, it is better to maximize your body's defenses against the rust of time through IV vitamin support, so that you can focus on the wellness that you deserve.
